Dreamers, Doers... Together!
Rooted in the community surrounding the Philippine Military Academy in Loakan, Baguio City, the Loakan Charity Foundation carries forward the PMA tradition of service and honor. Through the LEAP Scholarship, we open the door to college for academically gifted youth whose families cannot afford it, so that talent, not circumstance, decides their future.

From Scholar to Graduate to Changemaker
Every LEAP scholar is chosen for academic promise and supported through tuition, mentorship, and a community that believes in them. Our graduates now serve as teachers, engineers, nurses, and public servants, and many return to lift up the next generation of dreamers in Loakan.
